The Ropes Course at High Point Farm (Clarksburg, Md) provides the perfect setting for your next teambuilding event. Whether your goal is simply a recreational teambuilding program (Low Ropes, High Ropes, Paintball, GPS) or a more goal-driven event (MBTI, Full-Day Low and High Ropes Course, Corporate Retreat), the facilities and staff of High Point Farm are ready to make your next event a great success!

Our challenge course experience is designed to be a safe, challenging, and fun experience for all participants. The ropes course activities (elements) are located in a maze of trees, poles, ropes and cables, each of which requires your team to work together to solve problems, and help each other overcome perceived limitations. While the elements are often thought of as being "physical," any person willing to participate can do so through the cooperative efforts of the group. Typically, elements last between 15 and 60 minutes and are followed by a short discussion or 'debrief.' The debrief gives participants an opportunity to stop the action and reflect on the group process skills required to accomplish the challenge, and how these skills relate to 'real life.'

Your team will learn to work together to achieve common goals under challenging circumstances. After each event or initiative the group will be challenged to evaluate all aspects of the experience from the technical aspects to the basics of how and what they were doing.
