Menu prices are per person. These prices include heavy-duty disposable plates, cups and utensils, along with our professional and experienced staff and all equipment required for cooking. Groups below 250 guests will be subject to an additional service charge.
An initial deposit is required to secure services and reserve the date of your event. We must receive the deposit within 21 days of date selection. Additional deposits may be requested along with the confirmation of your menu and entertainment selections. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 120 days before the date of your event; otherwise, we will deduct it from your final invoice.
Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.
Appropriate sales taxes will be added to all invoices. Please provide your tax exemption certificate and number, if your organization is tax exempt.
A final guest count must be received 10 days prior to the event. Additions only can be made up until 3 days before the event at an additional charge of $2.00 per person. No changes to the guest count can be made less than 3 days prior to the event. Menu and Entertainment selections must be made at least 14 days prior to the event.
Upon receipt of the final guest count, High Point Catering will send you an invoice. Final payment is due in full on the day of the event. Any adjustments to the invoice must be settled within two weeks of the event. In special instances, payment terms can be modified with prior written approval from High Point Catering.
Cancellations made within 45 days of the event are subject to an additional charge of $4.00 per person based on the estimated guest count found in the signed menu confirmation. This charge is in addition to the retention by High Point of any deposit payments made prior to the cancellation date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are subject to 50% of the entire final invoice amount.
Interest will accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month on any balance that remains unpaid 15 days after the date of invoice. Customer agrees to reimburse High Point Catering for all costs it may incur in collecting any amounts due, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Additional regulations will apply for events held at High Point Farm.
