INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

Being a vendor at the first High Point BBQ Battle is great for your business...
And even greater for the MDA® program beneficiaries!

Please join us in working for this worthy cause.

You'll get lots of visibility among the hordes of competitors, judges, sponsors, and barbecue lovers who will descend on High Point Farm for two fun days of food, crafts and entertainment.

Plus you'll get lots of community recognition and goodwill by helping support the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Fees:

$100 per site per vendor
$65 per electrical hook-up

Note: Electrical outlet is NOT included with site. Unit spaces may provide their own generator. Electrical cords will NOT be provided. Please bring enough for your personal use.

Information:

Set-up for vendors begins at 10 am on Friday, October 14. All vendors will maintain their booths until the event is over. Site must be torn down and free of litter by 9 pm, Saturday, October 15.

Vendor space/s will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be received in order for registration to be accepted.

NO alcohol will be allowed on the premises outside the designated beer garden.

All food vendors must show proof of liability insurance naming Egan Enterprises and Mattlyn Enterprises LLC as the additionally insured. Food vendors must also provide all applicable Health Department licenses from Montgomery County for the event.

Support for MDA®

You are encouraged to support our fund-raising by buying your beer at our concession stand (the beer garden). We are sponsoring this event to raise money for MDA® charities and appreciate your patronage. Contest entry fees do not fully cover the expenses associated with putting on the contest.
